The CRM for luxury retail you wish you had years ago.

Fast enough to use between two clients, and everything on it is there to make you money.

Jeanie's Dashboard open on an iPhone, resting on a trench coat

What Jeanie actually does

Four things, and all four are on from the first time you sign in

  • The Money Feed

Your own clients, ranked every morning by who is worth a message today. You open it and the top of the list is already the answer

  • AI-powered client summaries

Years of orders, returns, alterations and messages come back as a few lines you can take in before you say hello, instead of four screens you have to piece together

  • It catches the details

A size, a date, a preference or a plan mentioned in a conversation is picked up and saved to the client on its own. Nothing to type up afterwards

  • It feels like your phone

Built for iPhone rather than wrapped in a browser, so it opens straight away, scrolls the way everything else on your phone scrolls, and needs no training to use

This is the whole product

Two screens. One decides who is worth your morning and writes the first line for you, the other is where the conversation happens - and where Jeanie files what was said in it without being asked

  • The Money Feed open on an iPhone, a drafted opener on screen and the keyboard up

    The opener, already written

Money Feed brings the client up with the reason she is worth a message today and the first line drafted from her own history. Send it, or change a word first

  • A client conversation in Jeanie, with a date picked out of the thread and offered as a calendar entry

The thread, and what it catches

A date mentioned in passing is picked out and offered as a calendar entry. Nothing to write down, and nothing to remember after she has left the shop

One lived the problem every day. The other knew how to build the answer

Daniel spent three years working in luxury retail. Every day, he used clienteling software that was slow, complicated and honestly frustrating to use. The more he worked with it, the more he realized how big the opportunity was to build something better.

Lennart is a German software engineer with eight years of experience building software for the web. Daniel understood the problem from inside the store and Lennart knew how to build the solution. That is how Jeanie started.

Jeanie was not built from guesses. It has been shaped around real client books, real sales floors and feedback from the people who would actually use it. The result is an app built for the way associates really work.

Spent three years working in luxury retail and saw firsthand how much better clienteling software could be. That experience led him to co-found Jeanie.

  • Lennart Bellemann, Co-founder and CTO of Jeanie

Frequently asked questions

What is clienteling, in Jeanie's sense of it?

Working the clients you already have, one at a time, by name. Not a campaign and not a newsletter: one associate deciding who to write to today and what to say. Jeanie does the deciding and the drafting, and leaves the sending to the person who knows the client.

Whose client book is it?

The associate's. Jeanie ranks their clients, not the store's, and the book moves with them when they change floor or store. A manager sees the floor; they do not get handed someone else's relationships.

How does the ranking decide who is most likely to buy today?

From that client's own history: what they bought, what they returned and why, how long they usually leave between visits, what is booked in the diary, and whether the last message got an answer. It is measured against the client's own rhythm rather than a store-wide rule, so a twice-a-year client is not permanently outranked by a monthly one.

Does the drafted message get sent automatically?

No, and it never will. Jeanie writes the first line and stops. Nothing leaves the app without an associate reading it and pressing send.

What does it need from our POS or CRM?

Order history, returns and client records. Anything else it reads is a bonus rather than a requirement, and it will run on order history alone while the rest is connected.

Is Jeanie available yet?

Not generally. It is going out to a small number of floors first, which is what the early access list is for. Ask for access and we will write once when there is a seat.
