Terms of Service
What you are agreeing to by using this site and by asking for early access.
Who these terms are with
This site is operated by Jeanie Software LLC.
Jeanie Software LLC 2514 Constitution Way New Windsor, New York 12553-4922 United States
Contact: dgil@usejeanie.com.
"We" and "us" mean Jeanie Software LLC. "You" means you, and "the site" means usejeanie.com.
What this site is
A description of Jeanie and a form for asking to be told when early access opens. It is not the product, and using it does not give you the product.
Asking for early access
Submitting the form asks us to write to you when there is a place. It does not create an account, does not reserve a place, and is not a contract for anything. We may write to you once, or we may not write at all - the list is longer than the number of floors we can onboard, and we are not promising a seat to everyone on it.
You agree that the email address you give us is yours to give.
What is on this page is not an offer
Prices shown on this site, including the plan on the home page, are indicative and may change before Jeanie is generally available. Nothing on this site is a binding offer. A price becomes binding when it is in a signed agreement between us, and not before.
Descriptions of what Jeanie does describe the product as we intend it. Early access software changes.
Our content
The text, photographs, code and design of this site belong to us. You may read it, link to it and quote it with attribution. You may not copy it wholesale, rebuild it as your own, or use it to train a model that reproduces it.
Product names and marks belonging to other companies, where they appear, belong to those companies.
What we do not promise
The site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be available without interruption, that it will be free of errors, or that anything on it is complete or current at the moment you read it. To the maximum extent the law allows, we exclude the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, for a fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of your use of this site.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to one hundred US dollars.
Links out
Where we link to another site, that site is theirs and not ours, and these terms do not cover it.
Changes
We may change these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies, and the date below says when it last moved. If you keep using the site after a change, that is your acceptance of it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of the State of New York have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer in the EEA or the UK, nothing here deprives you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in.
